We have a number of different safe options to secure a variety of valuable items, including precious metals (gold and silver bullion), jewellery, diamonds and gemstones, important documents, digital media, and other high-value items. Our storage solutions range from compact secure envelopes to large bullion locker safes.
Safe deposit box pricing depends on the box size you require — we offer five sizes from extra small to extra large. Contact us to discuss your requirements and we'll recommend the right solution for your needs.
Our facility is housed in premises originally established by the Reserve Bank of Australia. It features subterranean construction, state-of-the-art electronic security systems, fully licensed security personnel present during all operating hours, and robust security procedures including appointment-only access, verified ID requirements, and discreet guard accompaniment.
Access to your items is restricted to persons approved on your lease agreement. All visits are by appointment only and require verified photographic identification and your safe key or combination. Staff escort all visitors within the facility for security purposes.
The facility provides comprehensive insurance coverage with standard coverage up to $10,000 at no additional charge. If you require coverage for higher values, this can be arranged for an additional administration fee. We work with specialist vault insurers to provide competitive coverage.
Items can be stored indefinitely. We offer both monthly and yearly lease terms which can be renewed as often as you require. There are no maximum storage duration limits.
Reserve Vault is located at 102 Adelaide Street, Brisbane City QLD 4000 — in the heart of Brisbane's CBD. The facility is near Central Station with nearby parking options available. We are approximately 20 minutes from Brisbane airports.
Our facility has access to a loading dock with a secure elevator. The loading dock can be made available by booking in advance for appointments after 3:00pm Monday to Friday. Our bullion dealer partners can also arrange delivery and receipt of goods directly to the facility.
